Lumya Porto is a new student accommodation residence in Asprela Campus, one of Porto’s main university areas, opening in May 2027. Located at Praça Cávado, the residence is around a 6-minute walk from the University of Porto faculties and is also well positioned for students studying at Fernando Pessoa University (UFP), Universidade Portucalense (UPT) and Porto School of Education.
Getting around Porto is easy, with Pólo Universitário and Salgueiros metro station nearby and convenient public transport connections to the wider city. Porto’s São Bento area can be reached in around 20 minutes by metro, giving residents easy access to the city centre, restaurants, cafés, shops and some of Porto’s best-known cultural destinations.
But living at Lumya Porto is about more than being close to university. After a day of lectures, residents can come home to their own private studio, meet friends in the communal spaces, study when they need to focus, or simply take some time out in the residence’s dedicated green space.
